From the get go totally transparent, organized, meticulous, approachable and down to earth in their reachability and effort in making the entire experience from listing to staging and closure so seamless.
There is always an agent, usually at least two ready to jump in and address any questions or concerns we had. They got our property a lot of publicity and had several offers within days of listing. Some of the offers had little caveats, hidden to the unaware, that the team warned us of as they passed them on. I'm sure this saved us a lot of headaches.
They explained all the steps in detail and answered all of our questions. the team was really honest and straight forward with the expectations and didn't offer the moon to get the business.
They really understand your needs and wants and are on top of everything during the whole process! Tricia was a pleasure to work with and will use her in the future!
